Need to return or exchange? Hair extensions can be returned in their original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a credit will be issued. Extensions are not returnable after 30 days.

*Hair that has been opened or altered in any way is non-refundable. 

Due to cross contamination of scalp conditions, toppers are non-refundable.
